One of the prominent activities, among the various ones offered by Teatro Magro, is the one related to professional development workshops: activities aimed at giving value to the many aspects that have become essential for guaranteeing the efficiency and solidity of a healthy and productive work space.
The workshops, run by highly qualified personnel, seek growth and development for the most important resource of a company: people.
In order to achieve this, Teatro Magro uses specific work methods that vary depending on the context and the group the activity will be developed with. The distinctive element, as for the elaboration and the articulation of the workshops, is actually given by the constant research of exercises specifically designed, that are thus suitable for and related to the interlocutors of chance. The goal is to guarantee an effective intervention, able to highlight the strong points of a work team and at the same time reduce its criticalities.
The general objectives range from improving communication in the workplace, to strengthening such qualities as self-esteem and self-control.
These objectives are achieved, during the workshops, through active participation and engagement of the personnel, through non-taught activities, and through practices followed by a needed debate.
In fact, we have the belief that the work of the individual allows the internalisation of concepts at a personal level, but must also be necessarily followed by a group discussion. This way the activity pursues the final aim of shifting the focus on the others’ perspectives and of therefore facilitating the development of a thinking turned towards community.
